QUENTIN R., 94, of Blue Bell, PA passed away peacefully at Spring House Estates, Lower Gwynedd on Tuesday July, 23, 2013. He was born January 20, 1919 in Rock (Pottsville), PA and was a 1937 graduate of Pottsville High School and 1941 graduate of Penn State University. He proudly served in the U.S. Army (1943-1946) and was awarded the Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, and World War II Victory Medal. Quentin went on to a long and honored career in journalism. He was an award winning photographer, an excellent horseman and an avid gardener.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Nicholson Fehr, and his sisters Arlene Kimmel and Geraldine Smith. He is survived by his sons Michael (Angela) of Kent, OH, and Andrew (Anne) of Sun Valley, ID and grandsons Michael and Nicholas Fehr.
Funeral services will be held Saturday July 27, 2013 at The Church of the Messiah, 1001 DeKalb Pike, Lower Gwynedd PA, 19002. Calling hours will be 1:00pm until the time of the services at 1:30. Arr. by:
