I had the honor of serving with Dick on the Willistown Township Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Board for more than 30 years. In all those hundreds of meetings, he never once raised his voice and ALWAYS did what was right.
He was honorable, kind, and one heck of a lot of fun.

We were so lucky to see Dick on Memorial Day - He was on his farm; on his 4 wheeler, on his porch, petting Pearl (his new rescue dog). God Bless you, Dick. You are already sooooo missed.... by all of your family and all of your Willistown friends.

Our lives are all diminished by the passing of Dick Thompson, sportsman, gentleman and friend. I fear his like will not be seen again, for he was one of those rare individuals who lived life to the fullest and left this world a better place than he found it. Rest in peace.

Dick will be missed by many...he was fun, mischevious, but most of all a man of character. GONE AWAY too soon.

Dick was a good friend of many years dating back to 1969 when we first moved to Willistown. He and Vita were devoted to their family, their horses, the equestrian community and the preservation of land. They particularly loved the Radnor Hunt countryside and were one of the first to protect their beloved Sea Horse Farm paving the way for many others landowners to follow. For Dick's friendship, passion and courage we are so grateful - and we will miss him dearly.

Dick was an amazing man and will be so missed by all of his friends at Radnor Hunt and throughout the horse world. Sea Horse Farm holds many memories and laughter. He has left us too soon.
