Norfolk - Ernesto Villegas Angeles, 74, of the 2400 block of Minnesota Ave., passed away on April 23, 2013.
Born in Imus Cavite, Philippines, to the late Leonora and Eduardo Angeles, Ernesto was retired from the U. S. Navy after over 20 years of service. He also worked at the Naval Supply Center for the civil service.
Ernesto was predeceased by his wife Erlinda Marcial Angeles, a sister, Fidelita Angeles and a brother, Reynaldo Angeles. He is survived by three sons, Bobby Angeles and wife MariaLuz, Randy Angeles and wife Ellen, Danilo Angeles and wife Lorena; a daughter, Lorrie Delos Reyes and husband Jeffrey; grandchildren, Jasmine, Christine and Anthony Jacob Angeles, Benjamin and Julianna Angeles, Justin, Ethan and Loryn Delos Reyes, Ernesto T. Angeles, Lloyd and James Villanueva and Manolo Angeles. He is also survived by three brothers, Angelito Angeles and wife Gloria, Restituto Angeles and Edwin Angeles; two sisters, Edna Mendoza and Purisima Persiveranda and husband Manuel; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 27th and Sunday, April 28 from 6-9 p.m. at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel with a wake service at 7 p.m. on Sunday. A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 29, at St. Pius X Catholic Church with Fr. Nixon Negparanon officiating. Burial will follow in Albert G.
