Margaret Mae Trouland|
Norfolk - It is known that Angels are messengers of God and are the pinnacle of beauty, purity, and kindness. We all have been so blessed to have had one walking among us; beloved Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and friend, Margaret Mae Trouland.
On March 2, 2013, after 91 years on this earth, Margaret celebrated her final birthday with the journey to her eternal home. Completely at peace and surrounded by loved ones in her own home, she joined the ranks of the Lords soldiers, undoubtedly leading His choir with jubilant hymns from a heavenly piano.
Her unwavering devotion to Church, family and friends were unmatched. She lived to serve others and filled everyday with love and joy. Margaret will be truly missed by all, but the legacy that she has left behind will last forever.
Margaret was a retired school teacher, born in Philadelphia , Pa., and the daughter of the late Manual B. Palace and Margaret Mae Palace. She is predeceased by her loving husband LCDR Alexander Craig Trouland III and leaves behind three daughters, Marque Lovas, Alexia Austin and Alexis Bowles, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Margaret's request was to have no memorial, she will be cremated and her ashes will join her mothers at sea.
