Roger B. Beaudoin

Norfolk - Roger B. Beaudoin, 87, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2014 in his home.

Born in Kalamazoo, MI, he was the husband of the late Mary H. Beaudoin. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Robert Beaudoin and grandchildren, Samantha Anderson and kole Beaudoin.

Roger was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII and the Korean Conflict. He was a member and Past Chancellor of Knights of Pythius, a member of Christ United Methodist Church and the Methodist Men, Troop Leader and Cub Scout Leader with Boy Scouts of America for many years, coached Little League and was a life-time member of VFW #3160.

Left to cherish Roger's memory are his two daughters, Linda Taylor and husband Joe of Louisiana; Donna Hallers and husband Bruce of Norfolk; two sons, Keith Beaudoin and wife Debbie; Steve Beaudoin and wife Krissy, both of Norfolk; three half-sisters, Cyndi Davis and husband Tommie of Texas; Linda Jensen and husband Jack; Pam Jensen and husband Bill, both of Michigan; eleven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel on Friday, Jan. 31, 2014 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The funeral will be conducted at 12 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014 in the funeral home chapel by Rev. Derek Coolman. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Christ United Methodist Church. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com
