1927 - 2013 Obituary Condolences
Bettye Roberts (nee, Snow)

Age 85, died on Monday, January 7, 2013 at St. Paul Home. She was born on October 10, 1927 to William E. and Amelia (Lindley) Snow in Evansville, Indiana. Bettye graduated from Central High School and Deaconess School of Nursing. She started her career at Welborn Baptist Hospital as a Surgical Nurse. Bettye served on the "Hope Ship" as it was in Calcutta. She furthered her education at Indiana University receiving her Master's degree. She taught Nursing at Rockford Community College in Rockford Illinois before moving to Wausau, Wisconsin where she met the love of her life, Richard Roberts. Bettye was an avid coin collector and a member of the Numismatic club in Evansville, Indiana. She was also a very talented artist and designed two "coin bugs" for the club.

Betty is survived by her brother, Major L. (Betty) Snow of Huntsville, Alabama; her gandchildren:Cori, Ashley, Ryan and Will and her great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, John Randolph Klauss, her second husband, Richard Roberts, her sons, John R. Jr. and William Klauss, her sister, Gayle Snow Coley and her brother, Richard Snow.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 am on Thursday, January 10 at the St. Paul Home Chapel, 312 E. 14th Street, Kaukauna. Family and friends may gather at 10 am until the time of Mass.
