Age 76, of Scott Township, formerly of Bethel Park, passed away February 16, 2013 at home. Ann is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Donald C. Thompson; and children, Sherri Thompson, Peter Hall Thompson and wife, Marie Maxwell, Bruce Thompson and wife, Jana Thompson; and ten grandchildren, Max Wholey, Spencer, Emma, Duncan, Kai, Malcolm, Maisie, Finn, Quinn and Aila Thompson. Ann was the daughter of the late Marion (Keener) and Robby Hall Robinson. She graduated in 1958 from Ohio State University with a degree in occupational therapy. She was an Occupational Therapist with Allegheny Valley School and Easter Seals, primarily caring for disabled children during her career. Ann was a life-long member of Southminster Presbyterian Church, serving in many capacities over the years, most recently volunteering in the church office. She enjoyed reading and gardening and was interested in genealogy, spending many hours researching her family history. Ann was beloved by her family and a dear friend to many. A Memorial Service will be held at Southminster Presbyterian Church, 799 Washington Road, Mount Lebanon, Saturday, February 23 at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow after the service.
