Of McDonald, PA, formerly of Brookline, age 62, at Marian Manor, on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. As a result of Alzheimer's disease. She was the daughter of the late Jerome and Rita Cornell Manning; beloved wife of Paul; devoted mother of Jason Alter, Jayme (Matt) Crowley; grandmother of Sophia Patricia Crowley; sister of Jerry Manning and Sister Bernadette Manning, SC. Patricia was a graduate of Boyle High School in Homestead and earned a B.A. degree in history from Penn State University. Patricia was a certified massage therapist, a licensed Reiki practitioner, and also worked as a sonographer. Closest to her heart were her children and the time she spent with them during their developing years, delighting in their academic prowess, attending swimming and skiing ventures, having family fun, and simply being a nurturing mother. The Alter and Manning families wish to thank family members, friends and associates for their love, prayers and dedicated support during the years of Patricia's suffering and quiet farewell.
