Born, October 6, 1949., age 64, passed from this life on February 1, 2014, at home with his partner, Steven, and his four dogs. Lou considered himself a true 49er since that was his year of birth and the football team he loved. Lou also enjoyed the San Francisco Giants and the WWE Universe. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Lou proudly served in Vietnam aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise from 1968 to 1973. Born to Robert Joseph Baros and Theresa Martinez in Hayward, California, Lou graduated from Tennyson High in 1968. Moving to the Russian River area in the mid 90s, Lou retired from Safeway in Guerneville, California, in 2011 moving to the Grand Lake of The Cherokees in northeast Oklahoma. Lou is survived by his niece, Mary Pustay of Canby, Oregon, and his sister Deloris Stabolito of Trukee, California as well as his partner Steven Sanzi of Grand Lake. A celebration of life will be held in May in Northern California.
