Age 93, passed away on August 19, 2014 in Willingboro, New Jersey. He was a native of Manchester, toured the world during his Army career and had resided in Browns Mills, New Jersey since 1983. Richard was a Native American Indian and a member of the Manchester / Point Arena Band of Pomo Indians. Richard retired as a Staff Sergeant from the US Army after 26 years, having served in World War II and Korea. He also was a retired Laboratory Assistant for Cynamind Chemical Co. in Yardville, NJ. He was a member of St. Ann's Church, the Browns Mills Memorial VFW Post # 294, Pemberton. Richard liked new Cadillacs and gardening. Husband of the late Wilma Pinola and the late Marie Dotson. Dear brother of Leonard Pinola of Point Arena, CA and beloved grandfather of Natasha MacPherson and Sheila Dotson both of Browns Mills and great grandfather of Alicia, Adam, Lauren, Pauly, Alexander, June and Isabella. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Burial will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 30th at the Arena Pomo Indian Cemetery, Manchester, CA. Daniels Chapel of the Roses 707-525-3730
