BUTEAU, ROBERT, 80, a retired sales representative for American Greetings, passed away Friday, February 7, 2014 at his home in Sarasota, FL. Robert served in the US Air Force as a jet mechanic. He was a former resident of Warwick for 42 years. He was the beloved husband of Eleanor (Point) Buteau for 55 years, a son of the late Walter and Ella (Theilig) Buteau, Sr.; loving father of Susan Janik and her husband, Michael, and Sandra Warshauer and her husband, Shawn; devoted grandfather of Shawn, Katrina and Robert. He was the brother of Marge Whetstone, Ralph Buteau, Earl Buteau, Joseph Buteau, William Buteau and the late Arthur and Walter Buteau. His funeral service will be held Saturday, February 22, at 9:30 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave. Burial with military honors will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
