Glenn O. Gorman Glenn O. Gorman, 85, of St. Thomas, passed away March 2, 2014, at Chambersburg Hospital. He was born April 17, 1928, in Welsh Run to Thomas and Mary (Keefer) Gorman. He was married to Doris McCarl Gorman on April 8, 1961. Glenn had been a truck driver hauling milk and had worked for Horst Milk Transfer in Hagerstown, Md. and later for H.J. Culler in McConnellsburg. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He enjoyed watching boxing and his car and truck collection. He also enjoyed watching wildlife outside his window. He is survived by his wife, Doris McCarl Gorman; and his seven children, Jerry Gorman of St. Thomas, Mary (wife of Jeffrey) Wingert of Edenville, Robin Unger of Lemasters, Mark (husband of Teresa) Gorman of St. Thomas, Carl (husband of Tillie) Gorman of Ft. Loudon, Dianna Cuff of Ft. Loudon, and Tim (husband of Susan) McCarl of St. Thomas. Glenn has thirteen grandchildren, Megan, Colin, Jeremy, Lacey Jo, Cody, Alex, LaCosta, Travis, Owen, Alexis, Bradley, Renee, and Levi. He was preceded in death by five sisters, Rhoda, Anna Mary, Thelma, Helen and Janet; and five brothers, Dick, Harry, Kenneth, Ralph and Carl. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 7, 2014 at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., St. Thomas, with the Revs. Butch Neil and Reuben Egolf officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 till 8 p.m. at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service on Friday. Interment will be held at St. Thomas Cemetery. Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, Ltd., St. Thomas, will be handling the arrangements.
