RAYMOND E. FIEPKE, 87 ROCKFORD - Raymond E. Fiepke, 87, Rockford, died peacefully at his home, surrounded by family, on Tuesday, April 9, 2013. He was born on January 2, 1926, to Adolph and Martha Fiepke. He was a Veteran of the Korean War and an active member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church. Raymond is survived by his daughter, Brenda (Tom) Foulhaber; six grandchildren, Nicole, Dustin, Joseph, Brock, Matthew and Megan; three great-grandchildren; and seven brothers and sisters. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Delores (Elliot) Fiepke; son, Steven E. Fiepke; and four brothers and sisters. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 12, at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 2001 N. Alpine Road, Rockford, IL. Pastor Ken Krause will be officiating. Visitation will be held prior to service from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be given to Heartland Hospice.
