Born in Lititz, PA, she was the daughter of the late Eugene B. and Alberta B. (Bushong) Keller.
She was a graduate of John Harris High School in Harrisburg.
Mrs. Green was employed for UGI in Harrisburg, then Reading, for 43 years, retiring in 1995 as Comptroller and served as the highest-ranking female in the company.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth E. Green, with whom she last resided; her sister, Truda K. Heck, wife of Grant F. Heck of Quakertown; and her nephews, Curtis and Douglas Heck.
Graveside Service will be held in Chestnut Hill UCC Cemetery, 6870 Chestnut Hill Church Road, Coopersburg, Lehigh County, Thursday, June 4, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. Reverend John Binde will officiate. The family will receive relatives and friends in Bean Funeral Home, 6 Fairlane Road, Exeter Township, Wednesday, June 3, 2015 from 6-8:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508, in memory of Mrs. Edith K. Green.
