Frank Kramer Frank Kramer passed away on November 8, 2013, at the age of 91. He worked for the phone company for 31 years. He retired from Verizon in 1980 in Thousand Oaks. He then traveled a year and settled in Lucerne, CA, where he lived until his death. He served in the Coast Guard for over three years during World War II. He leaves behind his wife, Maxine Kramer, and son, Wayne Kramer. He also leaves behind step-children, Carolyn, Ron, and Jack Spencer. He also leaves behind many grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by daughter, Linda; son, Gary; and step-son, Stephen Spencer. He belonged to the Moose Lodge in Simi Valley and Clearlake Oaks, and the American Legion in Upper Lake and Kelseyville. Frank was a loving and caring man who touched everyone he met.
