Fred was preceded in death by his brothers Robert and Jack. He is survived by his wife Flo, his children David, Barbara ( Ted) Polster, Kathy ( Brian) Shelby, Jim ( Anu); his brother Richard; grandchildren Dan, Jeff, Steven, Julie, Justin, Allia, Kristina, Annika, and Kaisa; great-grandchildren Caleb and Abigail, and dozens of nephews and nieces, who all loved him for his kind and gentle ways.
