Alan Caldwell, 66, of Loveland, Colorado went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on April 30th, 2013. Alan was born in Fremont, Nebraska, April 5th, 1947. He married Susan Lefferdink in 1969. He served in the Marine Corp for 9 years. In 1978, they moved to Colorado, where they raised their two children. Alan's working career was at Hewlett Packard. Alan was an avid fisherman and fisher of men. He was actively involved in missional projects throughout his life. He had a passion for working with international students and serving on missions boards at churches they attended. Alan was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Susan, his son, Jason (Kimberly), his daughter, Kristen Leu (Brent), and four grandchildren: Meaghan, Natalie, Emmy, and Benjamin. If desired, memorials can be sent to ISI (International Students Incorporated) or the missions board at Faith Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Loveland. A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 9th, 11am at Faith Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
