Albert lived most of life in Loveland and attended Washington Elem, Garfield Elem, Bill Reed JR High and Loveland High School. He loved playing baseball down at the old ball park by the fairgrounds and was good at it and he also loved football. Albert was also very proud of his Native American Heritage. Albert worked for Jackson Stone working in the rock quarries in the Masonville and Lyons area. Albert then worked for Lucky Strike Lanes on HP Hill in Loveland. It is where he developed his passion of bowling which he passed on to his children. For years Albert would save up money to travel to National Bowling Tournaments around the country. Albert eventually started working for different auto auction companies in the area and also worked at Copper's west of Loveland.
