Catherine Stiff Cambre, 52, of Christiansburg, passed away on Monday, November 5, 2012, after winning her battle with cancer and making her way home. She was born on February 26, 1960 in Roanoke to the late Frank Malcolm Stiff, Jr. and Wilma Willis Stiff. She was known for a strong work ethic as she was employed in the banking industry for the last 8 to 10 years, dedicating most of that time to Suntrust Bank. She was a very positive and caring person, someone who loved the outdoors, and someone who was well known to be a good "Jokester" as she always appreciated a good laugh. She attended First Christian Church in Salem. Above all, she will be remembered most as a loving wife, mother, and friend to all who knew her.
