CORNWALL - Arthur A. Pepin, 68, died Monday, March 24, 2014, at his home.

Born in Springfield, Mass., April 3, 1945, he was the son of Albert and Eula (Burns) Pepin.
He was a longtime roofer and self-employed carpenter.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Era.
He was a member and past commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Middlebury Post #7823. He was also a member of the American Legion Post #27 of Middlebury and the Fraternal Order of Eagles of Vergennes.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and bird watching.
Survivors include two daughters, Kimberly K. Pepin of Simsbury, Conn., and Nicole A. Pepin of Ellington, Conn.; three sisters, Alberta "Snookie" Pepin of Marietta, N.Y., Sandra Main of Union, W.Va., and Darlene "Dolly" Hinson-Pepin of Cayuta, N.Y.; and his longtime companion, Barbara Marquis of Cornwall.
Services will be private, and held at the convenience of the family.
