Frank C. Healy, 93, of Rutland, died Monday, July 1, 2014, at Rutland Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born in Rutland Sept. 8, 1920, the son of Daniel and Katherine (OLaughlin) Healy.
Frank was a graduate of Mount St. Joseph Academy, class of 1938.
He was a U.S. Army veteran serving during World War II.
Mr. Healy was employed as a postal clerk by the United States Postal Service, retiring in 1982. From 1983 until 1999, Frank and his wife, Helen, were employed as park rangers for the state of Vermont.
Frank was a member of St. Peter's Church, the American Legion, VFW, Elks Lodge and the Loyal Order of the Moose Club.
Surviving are three daughters, Cathy Caliguiri and her husband Michael Jr. of West Rutland, Deborah Hermann and her husband Michael of Rutland and Cindy Healy and her husband Bernie Knapp of Palm Bay, Fla.; a stepdaughter, Karen Letourneau and her husband Stephen Pierce of North Carolina; two brothers, Robert D. Healy of Hemet, Calif.. and Joseph M. Healy and his wife Joan of Montpelier; a sister, Ann Thetford of Montpelier; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife; by three brothers, Daniel J. Healy, Charles Mike Healy and John L. Healy; and by a grandson. Corey Healy.
There are no visiting hours.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 7, 2014, at 11 a.m. at St. Peter's Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Thomas Houle, pastor. A reception will follow.
