The funeral celebration of life service for Stephen Hugh Langill, 78, of Rutland Town, who died May 5, 2013, was held Friday, May 10 in the Ira Baptist Church.

The Rev. Eric May, pastor, and the Rev. Dean Crossman, of Pittsford, officiated.
Pianist was Connie Crossman.
Christian Langill and Neal Langill, sons, Martha Langill and Heather Dilly, daughters, and grandson, S. Cameron Langill, offered the eulogy.
Words of remembrance were spoken by relatives and friends.
Soloist was Troy Dilly, a son-in-law.
Bearers were Christian Langill and Neal Langill, both sons, S. Cameron Dilly, a grandson, Troy Dilly, a son-in-law, Alan Hopkins and Morris Merrifield.
Burial was in Scottsville Cemetery in Danby, with Rev. May and Rev. Crossman reading the committal prayers.
Military honors were provided by the U.S. Marine Corps honor guard from Chicopee, Mass. Flag folders were Sgt. Orozco and Pfc. Adams. Cpl. Denell sounded taps and Sgt. Orozco presented the flag to the family.
Arrangements were by the Tossing Funeral Home.
