Eugene Villalobos Obituary
Eugene Joseph Villalobos

Passed away peacefully on March 5, 2014 at the age of 93. Born on February 2, 1921, a native San Franciscan, Eugene is predeceased by his parents Jose and Frances Villalobos and his devoted wife of 59 years, Abigail Nava Villalobos. Eugene was the beloved father of Linda Ruth Perez (Manny), Esther Frances Gilland (William) and Daniel Villalobos.  He became grandfather to six grandchildren, 13 great-grand-children, and three great-great-grandchildren.

Serving in the Civilian Conservation Corps at age 16, then in the United States Army during World War II, he was awarded the Purple Heart  Medal after being wounded in combat. After his service in the Armed Forces, Eugene had a successful career as President and Business Representative for Printing Specialties and Paper Products Union Local 362 for over 30 years.

Eugene will be remembered as a strong, charismatic and faithful man who loved his family unconditionally, providing us with a lifetime of love, humor and happiness; we will be forever blessed.

Friends and family may visit Friday, March 14th @ 9:30am at Duggan's Serra Mortuary.  A Memorial Service will begin @10am @ Duggan's Serra Mortuary 500 Westlake Ave. Daly City, CA. (650.756.4500) Procession to committal @ Olivet Memorial Park 1601 Hillside Blvd. Colma, CA 94014 (650.755.0322)will commence immediately following Memorial service.
