Margarito (Mike) Montalvo, 83

Born in Del Rio, Texas July 17, 1931 to Dolores and Juan Montalvo. He was the oldest of six siblings and moved with his family to La Puente, California as a teenager spending over 60 years there. Mike died in his home surrounded by his loving family on June 21st. He served in the US Air Force as a Medic and is a veteran of the Korean War. At a young age he started his own business and successfully owned and operated it for over 60 years. He was a hard worker and wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. We love you Dad and we love you.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ann; sons Michael and Ronald, daughters Vivian and Debra as well as 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at Queen of Heaven on 6/26. Viewing at 9am with a Mass at 1030 AM
