EDGE, Cecil Raymond age 80, of Temple Terrace, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2013, at his residence. He was born on Oct. 1, 1932, in DeFuniak Springs. Cecil was the second of six children. He married Barbara L. Borseth in Minneapolis, MN, on Nov. 10, 1951. They had 3 children. A 20 year Air Force veteran, he served in Korea and Vietnam. After retiring from the Air Force, he was employed by the U.S. Postal Service as a Mail Carrier for 17 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with family. Cecil will be remembered by his loving wife and their children: William A. (Cathy), David G. (Charlotte) and Melissa A. Ebel (Tom). He is also survived by five grandchildren: Hollie, Jacob, Amanda and R.J. Edge and Adam Ebel; two precious great-grandchildren, Kyler and Conner; three brothers, Jerry, Bobby and Ronnie; and sister, Sybil. He was preceded in death by brother, William W. Edge. Family will receive friends 5-8 pm, Wednesday, April 3rd, at Blount & Curry, Terrace Oaks Chapel, where a funeral service will be held at 10:30 am, Thursday, April 4th. Interment with military honors will follow at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
