KOSTER, David M. Jr. 79, Palm Harbor, went to be with the Lord to sing with Angels April 26, 2013. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, and was a United States Marines Veteran, having served in the Korean Conflict. He was a retired New York City Police Officer, having dedicated over twenty years to the force. From there, he moved on to Florida where he devoted his next twenty years to the U.S. Postal Service, where he was a Mail Carrier. Locally, he was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church of Clearwater & the 10-13 Club, a fraternal organization of New York City Retired Police Officers. He leaves behind his wife of 57 years, Bernadette; his three children, Loretta, Dale and Andrew; and two grandchildren. A public visitation will be held at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 30th, from 5-7 pm. Funeral Services will follow Wednesday, 11 am, at Bethel Lutheran Church, 3166 N.
