WOLF, Fred Leserman, passed away July 18, 2014 at Bayfront Medical in St. Petersburg. He was a third- generation resident of Tampa Bay. Active in the family business until his retirement in 1992, he ran Wolf Brothers, a local chain of clothing stores. Mr. Wolf was active in the com-munity during his career. He was a member of the the Downtown Tampa Rotary Club and a former President of the Merchants Association. He had been an active member of the Academy of Senior Professionals at Eckerd College (ASPEC) since 1996. In addition to a successful career in the clothing business, he was a leader in bringing SCUBA diving to Florida, being one of the founding members of the Tampa Bay Trident Club. He also helped bring windsurfing to Florida. He graduated from Plant High School. After serving in the Army Aircorp in WWII, he attended Georgia Tech and obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering before re-joining the family business. He is survived by his wife, Eleanor Wolf; two children, Wendy Wolf and David Wolf; three step-daughters, Amy Newman Bonczek, Linda Newman Boughton, and Elizabeth Newman Kuiper; a granddaughter, Rachel Wolf; and step-grand-daughters, Jamy Bonczek & Hannah Kuiper.
