Jack Beard REDDICK


REDDICK, Jack Beard 83, of Brandon, went home to be with our Lord on Friday, June 6, 2014. He was surrounded by his loving family as he peacefully entered Heaven. Jack was born July 23, 1930, in Millen, GA. A graduate of the University of GA, he served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was in the food industry for 40 years, retiring as President and CEO of Richards Labry Food Broker. He led by integrity, acting as a mentor and influencer to young people. He was a wonderful husband and tremendous father and grandfather. He served as a deacon at Westminster Presbyterian Church and was a Mason, Scottish Rite and Shriner. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Nan; daughter, Pam (John) Peurrung; son, Steve (Denise) Reddick and grandchildren, Kaci Alfonso, Miranda and Lucas Reddick. A Celebration of Life service will be held 11 am Thursday, June 12, 2014, at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 402 E. Lumsden Road, Brandon, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services.
