ISAACS, James "Jim" age 68, of St. Petersburg, joined loved ones in Heaven on May 1, 2014. Born in Hamilton, OH, his sense of humor will be carried on by son, James Isaacs, daughter, Danielle Morgan, granddaughter, (his pride and joy) Jade Morgan, and his loving life partner, Susan Supon. He once jokingly called her a cheapskate when she was going out for coffee, and asked if they could share one. She got him back by bringing him blueberry lip gloss when he asked for chapstick. Survivors also include his brothers, sisters, friends and extended family. He was loved by his ProBuild co-workers and associates in Bradenton. He was a brilliant man who enjoyed being the go-to guy for everything. He thoroughly enjoyed music, especially seeing his friends, local musicians Doc and Liz play live. Jim loved his 3 dogs, Blue, Red and Walter immensely. A special thank you to the nurses at St. Anthony's Hospital, who filled his final days with laughter, joy and the greatest of care. In his final days, with admirable strength, Jim said, "I've seen what's on this side, and I'm ready to see what's on the other side." Jim served in the U.S. Air Force, and his ashes will be interred at the Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg. Services will be private. Instead of sending flowers, Jim would want you to make someone smile today. www.mohnfuneralhome.com
