Obituary

COKER, Malvern A. of Valrico, passed away on Nov. 10, 2013, at Life Path Hospice. He is survived by his wife, Virginia; his three daughters and sons-in-law, Lynda & Marvin Gates, Denice and Randy Crotts, Kimberly and Lamar Nuzum, all of whom loved him dearly. He is also survived by his sister, Mary Anne Pruitt; his nephew, David Coker Jr.; and great-niece, Courtney Sweet; among other loving family members. He was a proud World War II Veteran and native Floridian, a member of The American Legion, past member of the Brandon Rotary Club and the Brandon Chamber of Commerce and was involved in many community projects. A private memorial will be held at a later date to celebrate his life. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him. Arrangements provided by Brewer and Sons Funeral Home in S.
