LEACH, Stuart H. 78, of South Pasadena, passed away Dec. 15, 2013. Stu was born in Flint, MI and served in the Navy during the Korean War. He was a faithful disciple of Jesus Christ and a member of Pasadena Community Church, where he served in many capacities, including Lay Minister. Stu is survived by his beloved wife of 26 years, Carolyn; sons, Bruce (Denise) and Steve (Joann); daughters, Diane Leach and Lori (Mark) Davis; stepchildren, Jeff (Kathleen) McComas and William McComas; sisters, Gwen (Rae) Earl and Connie (Lew) Haines; half-sisters, Lois Smith, Karen (Toby) Ogden, and Linda (Michael) Ulrich; and many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nephews, nieces and an aunt. A funeral service and celebration of Stu's life will be held Saturday, Dec. 21 at 11 am in the main sanctuary of Pasadena Community Church, 227 70th St. S., St. Petersburg. Friends will be received one hour prior to service. A light luncheon will follow at the church. Interment will take place in Michigan. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Stu's memory to Pasadena Community Church to aid world hunger or the Wounded Warrior project. Guestbook at David C.
