FIELDHOUSE, Thomas V. age 70, of Sun City Center, passed away June 10, 2013. Thomas was born in New Rochelle, NY, to Thomas & Mary (Williams) Fieldhouse. After proudly serving in the U.S. Marine Corp in the early 60's he lived in the Bahamas where he was a telephone installer and engineer. Later, still in the Bahamas, he became a freight forwarder. After leaving the Bahamas, he became a telecommunications engineer, designing utility systems in the Middle and Far East. He was an active member of the Sun City Leathernecks, and Friends of Tampa Bay Marines. An avid golfer and a devoted cat lover, he formed long lasting friendships at every turn. Tom was preceded in death by his wife, Arlene Fieldhouse; and his sister, Barbara Hubinger. He is survived by daughters, Terri Cohen Fieldhouse, Diana Drake (husband, Scott); step daughter, Leslie Carzoli (husband, Daniel); grandsons, Jason Fieldhouse (wife, Marwa) and Dylan Drake; and great-grandson, Humza Thomas Fieldhouse; as well as his sisters, Margaret Hodgen and Beverly Rothell; nieces and nephews, Frank Hubinger Jr., Timothy Hubinger, Daniel J. Hodgen, Andrew L. Hodgen, Leah Hodgen, Clare Billetdeaux, Joseph Rothell, Mary Rothell, Charles Rothell Jr., and John Rothell; and many grand nieces and nephews he dearly loved. He is also survived by many friends whose love for him is beyond measure. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Feline Folks in Sun City Center and to the C.A.R.E. Animal Shelter in Ruskin in his memory and in memory of his beloved cat, Cleo. A memorial service will be held 4 pm, Sunday, June 30th, at the Club Renaissance in Sun City Center.
