PERRY, Walter Robert "Bob", 85, of Brooks- ville, gracefully passed away into the Lord's loving embrace on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013. Born in Albany, NY to Walter V. and Dorcas Perry. Bob was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Pettingill, and his first wife Dorothy. He is survived by his loving wife, Faith; sons, David and Scot; daughter, Laurel Perry; and stepsons, Eric and Scott Baum; as well as grandchildren, Caitlin, Lea and Morgan Perry and Wesley, Annabelle, Alycia and Marissa Baum. Bob proudly served his country as an Army Sergeant in the Korean War. He earned an Associate's degree at New York University and graduated from General Motors Institute. He was employed with General Motors for 25 years and retired in 1988 as Regional Service Manager of the Cadillac division. Bob was a lifelong member of the VFW and later joined the Gray Jays organization in St. Petersburg. As a loving and devoted father, husband and friend he will be cherished in our hearts and sorely missed. His remains will be buried in the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida in a private ceremony.
