Several years later they moved to St. Charles, Missouri where John accepted a position in flight simulation with the McDonnell Aircraft Corporation. John continued to work in flight simulation for over 35 years, through the McDonnellDouglas merger and later as an employee of Boeing. Although John enjoyed his career in flight simulation, he found his greatest joys in his beloved family. He was preceded in death by his infant son Peter; his parents, Victor and Helen; and his sister Mary (Jameson). Interment will follow at St. Charles Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be designated to Community Living, Inc.; Hope Lutheran Church; or Boone Center, Inc. For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8).
