HAAG, Dianne
Diane, age 70 died in her home surrounded by her husband (Theodore B. Haag) of 46 years, her three children; Matthew (wife Kristen), Christine and Danielle and her best friend Winifred Rotz. She left behind many other friends and family including her four grandchildren, Henry (6), Nathan (11), Emma (12) and Ben (14). She was diagnosed with cancer in April of 2013, she fought a hard but short battle and passed away on Friday, October 25. She was born in St. Paul, MN on January 22, 1943 to her parents Ray & Jeanette Nelson. She attended Holy Angels Academy and continued on to The University of Minnesota. She moved with her family to California in 1971 and taught at St. John Vianney School in Rancho Cordova for 35 years, retiring in August. Loving every day she spent there surrounded by the kids and community of the school and parish that brought her so much joy. The family welcomes you to celebrate her life on Friday November 1 at 3:30 pm at St. John Vianney Church - reception immediately following.
