I am filled with sadness. The Butler family were our childhood family friends. My brother's went to school with Dale.
Ed was always just a cool guy and always, always sincerely cared about people. I babysat for his sister Judy and have to smile because Ed would always in a joking way ask "did she pay you enough".
Easy to say and believe, Ed was one in a million and loved by as many.

Ed is a friend who will be dearly missed. He was a #1 guy with heart and kindness. I will always remember our days fishing, eating smoked oysters and lighting up a cigar. Once in awhile we would actually hook a fish.
