AGOSTA, Jess Joseph

Jess Agosta, 83 years old, passed away June 3, 2014 in Sacramento, CA. Jess was born on July 10, 1930.

He graduated from Sacto High School in 1948 and served in the Army during the Korean War. He worked at Made Rite Sausage Co. for over 30 yrs. and retired from Rainbo Bakery. He could tell you many wonderful stories about his days at Made Rite. He was also a marshal at Mather and enjoyed his golf with his buddies from there.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Jessica Marie, his parents Tom & Josie, and his brother Frank.

He leaves behind his wife of 63 years Marie, his daughter Karen (Michael), son Mark (Emily), 5 grandchildren, Ryan, Mitch, Tanya (Carlos), Kylie & McKenna, and 5 great-grandchildren, Alissa, Damien, Devyn, Nico & Iliana, and brother Tom (Joyce).

We will all miss the things he did for us with his handy 'fix-it-all' trades.

Graveside services to be held Saturday, June 7, 2014, 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, 6700 21st Ave., Sacramento, CA.
