VIKSTEN, Stephen Lee passed away on Monday June 23rd, in Roseville, Ca. of a Cranial Hemorrhage. Steve was born on July 19, 1960, in Ventura, Ca, to LeRoy and Margaret Viksten. Steve attended elementary school in Puerto Rico and graduated from Arcadia, Ca. High School. At UCLA he studied film and screen writing. He then worked as an original writer for the "Rugrats" series. At "Nickelodeon", Steve was the primary writer for "Hey Arnold" and also the voice of the character "Oskar". Steve also wrote for "Recess" and "The Simpsons" Steve was a kind, sensitive and extremely talented guy. He will be missed and we are sure that he is now at peace. Steve is survived by his parents, Le and Marg Viksten of Roseville, Sister Jennifer Viksten Wyley of Roseville and many friends, relatives and colleagues throughout the U.S. Steve's family would like his writing to be remembered as his legacy.
