Once dressed for an occasion, he bowed his head and “asked the Lord to forgive all the women that were going to lust after him that day.” Through his tough persona, he was loving, generous, loyal and faithful. He loved to cook and listen to various kinds of music. His happiest moments were when he was able to spend time with his children. He and his service dog, “Diesel” were inseparable. Diesel was his lifeline and comforted him in his darkest moments. John was a Jehovah Witness by faith. His favorite scripture was 1 CORINTHIANS, 13:11.
