Edmund Tyler Wrenn Obituary
In Loving Memory
On June 22, 2013, Edmund Tyler Wrenn's ashes were laid to rest in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk, VA, next to his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Edmund died suddenly of a heart attack on December 27, 2012 at his residence in Jamaica, NY.
He attended the Rowland-Hall Saint-Marks School in Salt Lake City for 12 years, graduating in 1992. He graduated from the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1996. He was a member of SAG-AFTRA. Edmund's late father, Dr. McDonald E. Wrenn, Jr., was a Professor of Pharmacology at the University of Utah. Edmund was a member of the Snowbird ski racing team for many years and his first job was selling popcorn at the Utah Jazz games at the old Salt Palace. He returned to Utah sometimes to ski, sometimes to fish, and always to see friends.
He died much too soon and will not be forgotten by his mother, Marie-Claude Wrenn-Myers, his stepfather, Dr. Robert A. Myers, New York City; his brother and wife, Edward and Malin Wrenn, Wilmington, NC, and daughter, Isabelle; his cousins Larry Freer of Renton, WA, Alexis Palmieri of Las Vegas, NV, Serena Palmieri of New York City; his aunts, Michelle Warren, New York City and Julie Shield, Prospect, VA; his godmother, Randi Palmieri, Los Angeles, CA; and many uncles, cousins and friends - as well as nieces and nephews, who think of him in heaven.
