Jack was one of the fairest, most ethical and level headed people you will ever know. You could always count on him for sound advise and a good joke. There was a tranquil quality about Jack and he was always a true "gentle- man".
The family would like to thank all the VNA hospice nurses who cared for him and his special aide, Martha.
Jack is preceded in death by his mother Thelma Jane Wolverton Maske and Herbert L Maske.
