Karren H. Lindsay passed away on March 29, 2013 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born February 23, 1942 to Wilson and Faye Anderson Hayward in Lehi, Utah. On November 24, 1967 she married her love William Lindsay in the Hawaii Temple in Laie Oahu, Hawaii.
Karren was an avid reader, lover of music, was skilled in crochet, and loved to go on day trips with her family. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, serving in various capacities, including compassionate service leader for 17 years. She was involved in her children's and grandchildren's lives supporting all their interests. She was a great example of strength during her struggles with breast cancer and diabetes, which after many years of battle, ultimately claimed her life. We Love you and will miss you dearly.
Survived by Her husband William Lindsay, Children Mike Lindsay (Marcy) and Lisa Yarbrough (Jason), Sister Marsha Hazelbaker, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Preceded in death by Parents, Sister Sheila Pulley, Brother Lee Hayward.
Viewings to be held Wednesday, April 3rd from 6-8:00 pm at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 east 10600 south, and Thursday preceding the funeral service from 10-10:45 am. Funeral services will be held Thursday April 4th, 2013, 11:00 am at Park First Ward 4825 W. 7000 So. West Jordan, Utah.
