Kenneth Thomas Jones passed away on October 23, 2013 in Draper, UT. He was born January 23, 1920 in New York City to Oscar Thomas and Marie Alice Seaves Jones. He married Alda Everett Anderson in 1961.
Kenneth served bravely in World War II in the Pacific. After relocating to the Florida sunshine, that he loved so much, he became Chief of Police in the Town of Lantana and later Highland Beach.
After finally retiring for good, he took up sailing with the Old Men in the Sea, in New Smyrna Beach, Fla, and often said those were some of his happiest memories. He and Alda eventually relocated to Draper, UT to live with his family here, where he enjoyed the company of the staff and seniors at the Draper Seniors Center.
He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed.
