1921 ~ 2013|
Paul Johnson Kuhni was born November 13, 1921 in Beaver Dam Utah. He served as a Captain in the Army Air Corps in the Pacific Theater during World War II. He graduated from Utah State University in mechanical engineering and was an engineer at Geneva Works. He married Norma Ainsworth Kuhni in the Salt Lake City Temple in 1947. They had a daughter, Marie, who was indeed the joy of their lives. Paul spent his spare time making and selling intricate miniature Gatling, Hotchkiss and Gardner guns in which he took great pride and achieved national media recognition. Paul is survived by his daughter Marie Morris, her husband, their 5 children and a grandchild as well as two sisters and a brother. His sense of honor, duty, humor and love for those around him at home, at work and at church drew us all to him and we will dearly miss him.
Friends and family are welcome to attend a graveside service in his honor on Monday, September 9th at 1:00 p.m. in the Sandy City Cemetery, 9000 South 700 East.
