Ronald William Turner Jr. was born on June 3, 1961 in Newark, New Jersey, and passed away in his sleep on July 1, 2013 in Houston, Texas. Ron graduated from high school and attended college in Billings, Montana.
He served his country in the United States Marine Corp from 1981 until 1985 as an Air Traffic Controller and is remembered by many as a proud Marine. Years later, he also served in the Utah Air National Guard.
Ron eventually moved to Houston, Texas for his employer and worked as a Demolition Estimator. He took great pride in his work and put in relentless hours to help build the business.
On May 11, 2013 Ron married Bridgette Martin after 4 years of dedicated courtship and long distance romance.
Ron was madly in love with his wife and could never stop talking about her and telling others about all of the fun things they did together. His last thoughts were of her. Ron was an amazing husband, son, brother, uncle and friend. He always thought of others before himself.
He was survived by his wife Bridgette, stepchildren Taylor and John, mother Mary, stepfather Terry, siblings Bob (Glenda), Thomas (Stacey), Bonnie (Wayne), Holly Dawn (Clayton), Terry (Stacy) and 11 nieces and nephews. Ron was deeply loved by his family and friends, he will be greatly missed.
