Ambrose J. Vince, passed away in San Antonio, TX on April 12, 2013. He was born in New Jersey on September 15, 1922. A dedicated husband, loving father, WWII veteran who served with the 376th Liberandos Heavy Bomber Group, and Korean War Veteran. He had a 30 year career with Model Market Grocery Stores in San Antonio. An Active member of the Oak Hills Presbyterian Church, Elks Club, and enjoyed bowling until he was 88 years old. He is survived by his wife Hallie Vince of 61 years; daughter, Pam Wiggins and husband Richard; son, Joey Vince; 4 granddaughters; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Betty Kramer; brother, William (Bill) Vince and wife Eleanor; sister-in-law Mrs. Charles (Lee) Vince, of New Jersey; numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Ambrose was preceded in death by his brother Charles (Chuck) Vince; sister, Ethel Epstein. He will be missed dearly. A 10:30 AM graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery with military honors. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors. Arrangements with
