WYBLE
On Monday, February 3, 2014, while surrounded by her loving family, Beverly Sue Wyble passed away after a long battle with cancer which she fought courageously until the end. She was born on August 22, 1950 to Benjamin O. Wyble and Helen Syroishka Wyble. Born and raised in San Antonio, Beverly graduated from John Marshall High School in 1968. She went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Texas. Soon after, she received her Master's degree in Social Work at Our Lady of the Lake University. She went on to pursue her life's passion of social work for the Baptist Health System and later for the Judson Independent School District. During her time working for the Baptist Health System, she met and married the love of her life, Tom, and had two daughters who were her pride and joy. Beverly was a devoted wife and mother who balanced a challenging career with caring for her family. Her life's work consisted of helping at-risk youth in difficult situations become successful in school and in life. She was an inspiration to many she met and made a positive impact in the lives of thousands. Beverly was never afraid to stand up for what was right. She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Hudson, daughter Kimberly Hudson; daughter Courtney Hudson and her husband Scott Moe; sister Patricia Wyble; Cheryl Williams, who was like a sister for over 25 years; niece Amy Kupfer, her husband James Kupfer and their children; niece Melissa Harris, her husband Jerry Harris and their children; and nephew Nathan Jones and his son. A visitation will be held at Porter Loring North on Saturday, February 8th beginning at noon.
