Keith Ferrell Obituary
Keith Charles Ferrell, "Sugar", passed away on Monday, January 6th 2014 at the age of 50. He was born on January 9th to his wonderful parents Mickey and Charlie Ferrell. He grew up in Lake McQueeney, TX where he became an avid water skier. Graduating from Seguin High School as his Senior Class President, he went on to the University of Texas at Austin. It was there that he met many of his lifelong friends and became President of his Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He made a career owning and operating a real estate company with his mother in Lake McQueeney. He enjoyed hunting in South Texas and playing Golf with his friends. He was a devoted member of The Texas Cavaliers, Order of the Alamo, German Club, Merry Knights of King William, and Town Club. He served as President of Friends of Lake McQueeney and a Director of Texas Wildlife Association. He loved his two daughters Elly and Georgie Ferrell with all of his heart. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Vernon Ferrell. In addition to his mother and daughters, he is survived by his brother, Kevin Ferrell and Lisa, sister Cindy Moore and Houston, and nieces and nephews, as well as a multitude of loving friends.


Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 10, 2014 at Christ Episcopal Church 510 Belknap Place, San Antonio, Texas. Honorary pallbearers are Doug Bailey, Stephen Cavender, Plack Carr, Will Coates, Chris Cozby, Nelson Devega, Clif Douglass, John Drossos, De Miller, Kipp Mueller, Paul Mueller, Johnny Spalten and John Zogg.
