Reese Alexandra Henry Sr. died on Monday August 25th 2014 at approximately 1030. Mr. Henry served in the Merchant Marines during WWII and the Army during the Korean War. He became a prominent Realtor®, Builder, and Developer throughout Texas for over 30 years. Mr. Henry was a civic, industry, and religious leader. He faithfully served his home community of Windcrest TX as Mayor, his Profession as President of the Texas Association of Realtors®, and his Lord as one of the founders of The United Methodist Church in Windcrest, TX. Memorial services will be held at Windcrest UMC on Saturday the 30th of August at 1400. He was preceded in death by his wife Jerlene Brawley Henry and is survived by his son Reese A. Henry Jr. and his wife Marji Henry, grandson Reese A. Henry III and his wife Natalie Henry, granddaughters Celina M. Henry and Megan Noel Henry and her husband Chase Wooldridge, and great grandchildren Reese A. Henry IV, Rowan Michael Henry, and Vivian Kate Henry. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations go to Heroes on the Water
