Robert Solinski Obituary
Robert T. Solinski, DDS, Col. (USAF ret), passed away March 17th, 2014 at his home in San Antonio. "Ted" was born in Chicago, IL in 1931. Married to Lois J. Solinski, they celebrated their 60th Wedding Anniversary last year surrounded by loving family.

Ted was a talented athlete in his younger years and played Semi-Pro Baseball and Football. A graduate of Loyola University in Chicago, Ted joined the Air Force fully-trained as one of that service's first Orthodontists. Colonel Solinski served his country for 35 years, including duty as the Command Dental Surgeon and received many awards, including the Legion of Merit. After his Air Force retirement, he became known as "Ted the Fisherman," a knowledgeable fishing guide at many San Antonio area lakes. He was a brilliant man with many talents and friends from all walks of life.

Ted is now with daughter, Mary Susan who predeceased him, and is survived by his wife, Lois, son James and wife Gloria, son Joseph and wife Tammy, daughter Christine and husband Victor Romero and grandchildren Shauna, Susan, Sarah and Cooper.
